So, I rewrote the Mayor of Roanoke’s statement on admitting Syrian Refugees

The Mayor of Roanoke, Virginia has approvingly cited Japanese internment (or, “sequester” in his words) as justification for refusing admission to Syrian refugees today in his city. I decided to rewrite his original letter, which can be found here. My version is below.
